Wayne Auto Spa includes Quaker State’s FREE nationwide roadside assistance with every oil change.  We’ve discovered a small set of our customers that decline this offer, even though they don’t have any other roadside assistance.  These folks tell us that they just don’t believe that this could be free.  There’s gotta be a catch.

There’s no catch.

It’s FREE.

Why would we give away something so valuable for free, when no one else does?

Because we want our customers to get the best deal possible at Wayne Auto Spa.  We think FREE nationwide roadside assistance is a way to differentiate ourselves from the rest of the pack.

Here’s how it works:  You get a card with a phone number on it to call if you need roadside assistance.  You call and they send a truck.  The truck provides the necessary service.  You pay the driver and mail the receipt to Quaker State and get reimbursed in full.  The coverage lasts for 120 days.  We hope that before your coverage runs out, you return for your next oil change.  If you do, we give you another card that extends your coverage for another 120 days.

Although the service does cost us money, we think the expense is worth it.  The service offering helps us build a stronger relationship with you.
