Some will make jokes, but who wants to live in Mad Max? Fighting, kiling for precious resources. Connect the dots see whats happining around you! One giant rip off after the next. And they will put you in jail for stealing a sandwich

Use you brain, be someone who dones something good. We are not saints but at least try to be a better person.

however, it is virtually certain that the town will appeal the decision. not because they think they have valid grounds for appeal — because they aren\’t playing with their own money. that\’s the game in jersey…corrupt local politics at its best!

Thanks Keith! No, the Town just filed notice of appeal for the open public records case they got smacked down in a couple months ago! That is the most cut & clean situation I’ve seen in a long time. A great example of a chicken running around after its head has been cut off.

They will fight on against the wind turbine, for sure.

Congrats Rob! Although I’m sure the war is long from over (unfortunately), it’s a great victory for you and for the environment. The article in the Record shows that Judge Volkert wasn’t buying the town’s nonsensical arguments.
