Wind Energy Goes to Court

***UPDATE: 3/3/10 — THE WHEELS OF JUSTICE GRINDING EVER SO SLOWLY — JUDGE VOLKERT RESCHEDULED ORAL ARGUMENTS FOR FRIDAY, MARCH 26, 1:00 PM***
On Friday morning, we will be appearing before Judge Volkert in NJ Superior Court regarding our wind turbine battle with Wayne Township. When Judge Volkert decides this motion, he will likely either grant us permission to construct our wind turbine or require a full hearing before making that decision.
In the meantime, it appears that Judge Brogan will be issuing a written opinion in our suit against Town Clerk Paul Margiotta, concerning his refusal to provide public records to us in violation of the Open Public Records Act. Judge Brogan’s decision could be issued at any time.
Of course, I will keep this blog updated as events transpire.
