Terms and conditions

• Wayne Auto Spa will give the customer 30 days notice of any membership fee price change.
• Customer agrees to hold Wayne Auto Spa harmless if the car wash closes early or does not open for any reason.
• Wayne Auto Spa retains the right to terminate the membership for any reason so long as Wayne Auto Spa provides the customer 30 days notice of termination and refunds the prorated portion of unused monthly fee, if any.
• Membership is for personal use only, no commercial accounts.
• This program cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
• Membership fees will be automatically billed to your credit card each month for the agreed plan.
• Membership automatically renews monthly unless cancelled by customer in writing at least 30 days prior to billing date.
